アプト(南仏) オクトゴナル黄釉オーヴァルプレート｜France Apt 19世紀

南フランス・プロヴァンス地方、アプトで焼かれた19世紀のオーヴァルプレート。

この土地ならではの土と釉薬が生む、やわらかく、少し白みを含んだイエロー。
陽を含んだような色合いが、料理をあたたかく受け止めてくれるような一枚です。

オクトゴナルの輪郭に添う縁の控えめな粒状レリーフ。
素朴さの中にきちんとした佇まいがあり、日常の器でありながら、食卓に静かなリズムを生みそうです。

程よい厚みもあり、実用にも安心感のあるつくり。
野菜や魚のグリエ、果物、チーズに焼き菓子など、気取らない料理ほど、この器の美しさが自然と際立ちます。
