フランスワインボトル 19世紀中頃

深みのある緑が美しい、古いワインボトル。
手吹き成形による厚みのあるガラスには、細かな気泡や揺らぎが浮かび、手仕事ならではの味わいが宿ります。

そこには、当時の製法を物語る深いへこみ (パント) が見られます。
吹き竿を外した後を目立たせない工夫であるとともに、ワインの澱を沈め、注ぎやすくするための実用的な意匠でもあります。
かつては、この凹みの深さがワインの格を映すとも言われました。

現在ではその造形も、古き良きクラフトの証として受け継がれています。

枝物や草花がよく映える、花器としても程よいサイズ。
空間に趣を添えるワインボトルです。

Condition

ガラス表面に細かなキズや擦れが見られますが、いずれも古いガラスに自然に現れるものです。
製造時に生じた気泡もほどよく残り、良い風合いとしてお楽しみいただけます。
全体として安定感があり、19世紀のワインボトルとしてとても良い状態だと思います。
