フランスリヨンポイントペーパー（シルク図案）｜France lyon No.3/3 1772年頃

18世紀フランス・リヨン。
ヨーロッパ有数の絹織物産地で、実際に使われていた手描きのポイントペーパーです。

織り手に模様を正確に伝えるための図案紙で、“織物の設計図” のような役割を担っていました。
当時の高い技術や分業の様子、そして美意識を今に伝える、貴重な資料のひとつです。

細かなマス目に沿って手描きされた、可憐な花模様。
裏面には、工房名やデザイナー、生地の種類、色や織りに関する指示が、美しいカリグラフィーで記され、文字そのものにも美しさが感じられます。

この一枚の紙をもとに、繊細で華やかなリヨンのシルクが織り上げられていきました。
当時の工房の空気や、人の手仕事が、そのまま息づいているような存在です。

フレームは、日本で図案の雰囲気に合うよう誂えました。
壁に掛けると、資料でありながらも空間に溶け込み、穏やかな奥行きをもたらします。

18世紀の織物文化を、日常の中でさりげなく感じていただける一枚です。
