フランスリヨンポイントペーパー 1772年頃

リヨンのシルク工場で使用されていたポイントペーパー
織り手に模様の指示を伝える重要な役割を担っていた、当時の織物文化を伝える貴重な資料のひとつです。

マス目に手描きされた可憐な花模様に、裏面には美しいカリグラフィーの文字。
ここに工房名やデザイナー、生地の種類、色彩や織りの指示などが細かく記されています。

この図案が織物の地図となり、繊細で華やかなシルク生地が生まれてゆきました。

フレームは、日本で図案の雰囲気に合うよう仕立てました。
こちらの④のみ、他の3枚と比べて一回り小さいサイズとなります。

コンディション; 経年による紙の破れやシミが見られますがとても雰囲気が良く、時代を考慮してもとてもよい状態だと思います。
